Artfully Curated Menu
At its heart, Kesar Bagh is defined by its culinary philosophy - an exploration of Dum cuisine, where ingredients are sealed and slow-cooked to develop depth, aroma and balance. Signature dishes include the Kesar Bagh Kakori, a delicate melt-in-the-mouth kebab of finely minced goat perfumed with cloves and cinnamon; Murgh Chandi Tikka, tender chicken finished on dum and adorned with silver leaf; and Jhinga Dum Nisha, jumbo prawns marinated in yoghurt and cheese before being finished with saffron seafood chutney.
Slow-cooked classics such as Shahi Nehari reflect the patience and precision of Awadhi cooking, while dishes like the Kesar Bagh Dum Biryani bring together tender goat and saffron-scented basmati rice cooked together in a sealed handi. Desserts draw from the indulgent traditions of royal dastarkhwans, including Shahi Tukda layered with lacchedar rabri and Gil-e-Firdaus, a delicately textured phirni enriched with fresh balai and pistachios.
